Does To Rise Advocacy and Consulting, LLC offer emergency services/shelter?

No. TRAC, LLC can provide referrals to local agencies/programs that provide emergency services such as shelter, food, and transportation assistance.

What direct services do you provide for survivors/youth?

The Phoenix© Survivor Empowerment Coaching Programs are for those who are healing from an unhealthy/abusive relationship and would like additional support in order to move toward hope.

The Self: Youth Relationship Empowerment© Program is for adolescents and young adults who have been impacted by domestic abuse or are at risk for being in an unhealthy/abusive relationship.

When and where are the TRAC Empowered Self-defense classes held?

TRAC, LLC has community partners with space we utilize for classes. Classes times/locations are scheduled and confirmed upon booking.

Is there a cost for Consultation on my situation?

The first consultation is free. Subsequent consultations are $75/hour.
